Puinen sermi
Tämän sermin olen tehnyt vaahterasta, mutta voit tehdä vastaavan vaikka paksusta pahvista askarteluveitsellä,
jos et omista lehtisahaa etkä voi tehdä tätä puusta.

Ohje:
1. Sahaa puulevystä kolme palaa, jotka liität yhteen päistään liimatilkalla ja nauloilla.
2. Piirrä malli puulevyjen päälle, tai liimaa tulostamasi kaava. Rei'itä jokainen leikattava kohta.
3. ja 4. Sahaa aukot. Lopuksi voit sahata ylä ja alaosan, jotta osat irtoavat toisistaan.
5. Valmiiksi sahatut kappaleet.
6. Hio osat.
Sovita saranat
Käsittele valitsemasi kangas fray chekillä ja anna kuivua.
Liimaa kankaat paikoilleen.

This one is made from maple. Here is an instruction how to do screen 1:12 for a lady with jigsaw. You can do this also by cartong and paper knife if you cant use wood and tools like this.
I used a
book: Spielman, Patrick: Scroll saw scandinavian patterns & projects, as my
guide. There was a
sledge where I found that kind of ornament.
1. Cut
three pieces from wood and glue the pattern on to it.
Nail the
woods together from the both edges.
2. Screw
the holes for every piece that you are going to saw away.
3. & 4.
Use the jigsaw and saw the pieces. At last, saw the outer edges.
5. Now you
have three exactly the same pieces.
6. You can
sand the pieces.
7. & 8.
Nail the hinges.
9. Use Fray
check for the textile you have chosen for the screen.
10. After
the textiles are dry, glue it to the screen.
